If you purchase or subscribe to any paid Service:

• Fees are due as specified in your order form, proposal, or invoice
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or withholdings
• Trials or promotional pricing may be limited in duration and scope
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Customer data you submit to the Service remains your property. You grant Exseed a limited right to process that data to provide the Service, support requests, and perform consulting or implementation work. We treat confidential business information with reasonable care.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including to:

• Violate applicable laws or infringe third-party rights
• Attempt to access or disrupt systems, data, or accounts without authorization

All software, documentation, and branding remain the property of Exseed Technologies or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service as described in your agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exseed Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exseed Technologies, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
